Answers to common questions about our salon
We follow all state health guidelines including regular sanitization of tools and workstations, disposable capes for each client, and our staff wears masks upon request. All equipment is sterilized between clients.
Yes! We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations to discuss your hair goals and recommend services. Please call to schedule a consultation prior to booking your service.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
We do accept walk-ins based on availability, but we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you get your preferred stylist and time slot.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo. Gratuity is not included in service prices.
